This menu is based on the museum’s ongoing event, “Nostalgie, the Museum Going back to the Old Days”.
On a pallet like dish, there is an nice old “kid’s style lunch” that Japanese restaurants used to serve decades ago.  One can remember the old days with a colorful dish of deep fried shrimp, red wiener, ketchup-flavored chicken fried rice, and more.

Based on Leonard da Vinci’s masterpiece, “The Last Supper,” this original dish features ingredients from Tokushima, including seabream, Awa wagyu beef, wakame seaweed, lotus, kintoki brand sweet potatoes, and more.
